Overview
LBP03 is a live biotherapeutic product (LBP) consisting of formulated bacteria, developed by Shenzhen Xbiome Biotech. As a microbiome-based therapy, it is designed to modulate host-microbiome interactions to produce anti-tumor effects, representing a key component of Xbiome's immuno-oncology pipeline. The drug is developed using an AI-based microbiome platform to identify specific bacterial strains that can influence the tumor microenvironment and enhance the host's immune response against cancer. LBP03 is currently in Phase 1 clinical development for the treatment of various solid tumors.
