LC-K76

LC-K76 is an investigational dietary supplement being developed by Shanghai Changzheng Hospital for the treatment of metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). It is currently being evaluated in an exploratory Phase 1 clinical trial to determine its safety and preliminary efficacy when used as an adjunct to tislelizumab (an anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody) and standard androgen deprivation therapy (ADT). The supplement is administered orally at a dose of 1.2 g twice daily.
