Overview

LC-PC01 is a live biotherapeutic product (LBP) being developed by LISCure Biosciences in collaboration with Celltrion for the treatment of Parkinson's disease. As a microbiome-based therapy, it is designed to modulate the gut-brain axis, potentially addressing neuroinflammation and other pathological features associated with neurodegenerative disorders. The program has demonstrated preclinical proof of concept (PoC) and is currently in the preclinical stage of development.
