Drug intelligence / Profile preview
LCAR-L10D is an investigational anti-CD19/CD22 chimeric antigen receptor T cell (CAR-T) therapy being developed for the treatment of B-cell malignancies, in particular relapsed or refractory B-cell lymphoma. This therapy uses autologous T cells engineered to express chimeric antigen receptors targeting both CD19 and CD22, which are surface proteins commonly expressed in B-cell lymphoid cancers, enabling the immune system to recognize and destroy malignant B cells. LCAR-L10D is administered as a cell therapy, and its dual-targeting modality is designed to address potential relapse due to antigen escape after single antigen CAR-T therapy[5][2][9].
