Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**LCAR1901** is an investigational dual-target anti-CD19 and anti-BCMA chimeric antigen receptor gene-therapy product administered as a one-time intravenous injection. It is being evaluated in exploratory, open-label, dose-escalation clinical studies sponsored by The First Affiliated Hospital of USTC for refractory autoimmune diseases and relapsed and refractory immune thrombocytopenia. The intended mechanism is depletion of CD19-positive B cells and BCMA-positive plasma cells, aiming to reset pathogenic humoral immunity and reduce autoantibody-producing cell populations.
