LCS103

**LCS103** is LifeBiotic's proprietary oral multi-herb botanical formula under clinical development as an adjunct to standard care for secondary prevention of recurrence in non-muscle invasive urothelial carcinoma of the bladder. A retrospective case series reported lower post-treatment recurrence than patients' pre-treatment experience, but the publication explicitly states that clinical efficacy remains unproven; LCS103 is now being evaluated in a randomized Phase 2 trial. Its individual botanical constituents, defined molecular targets, and validated pharmacologic mechanism have not been publicly established in the reviewed sources.
