LE-AD-101 is a canine mesenchymal stem cell (MSC)-derived exosome therapeutic under development by Akrocell Biosciences for the treatment of canine atopic dermatitis. It leverages the immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory properties of species-specific exosomes to address the underlying immune dysregulation associated with chronic, relapsing inflammatory skin disease in dogs. LE-AD-101 is currently in preclinical development.
