Drug intelligence / Profile preview
LE-AD-201 is a species-specific, feline mesenchymal stem cell (MSC)-derived exosome therapeutic being developed by Akrocell Biosciences. It is designed to address underlying immune dysregulation and inflammation in companion animals. The therapeutic is currently in preclinical development for two feline indications: feline gingivostomatitis (FCGS), a severe, immune-mediated oral inflammatory condition, and feline chronic kidney disease (FCKD), a leading cause of mortality in cats where the therapy targets immune-mediated fibrotic progression through systemic immunomodulation.
