Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Leap 1030 is a preclinical-stage, contextually-gated antibody being developed by Ability Biologics for the treatment of solid tumors. Developed using the proprietary AbiLeap™ generative AI platform, Leap 1030 is designed as a pH-sensing T-cell engager. This logic-gated approach allows the therapeutic to remain inactive in healthy tissues but become selectively active within the acidic microenvironment characteristic of solid tumors. By focusing antibody activity to the tumor site, Leap 1030 aims to enhance therapeutic efficacy while minimizing systemic toxicities often associated with T-cell engaging therapies.
