This combination consists of **lemzoparlimab**, a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting CD47; **pomalidomide**, an immunomodulatory agent; and **dexamethasone**, a synthetic glucocorticoid corticosteroid. Lemzoparlimab acts by blocking CD47, the “don’t eat me” signal, thereby enhancing macrophage-mediated phagocytosis of tumor cells. Pomalidomide modulates the immune response and has antineoplastic effects via direct cytotoxicity and alteration of the tumor microenvironment. Dexamethasone, a corticosteroid, exerts anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive actions, and is commonly used in myeloma regimens both for its anti-myeloma properties and to reduce adverse effects of other agents. This specific triplet is under investigation primarily for **relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma**, especially in patients previously treated with immunomodulatory drugs and proteasome inhibitors.
