lenalidomide + ibrutinib + rituximab

This is a combination regimen of three drugs: **lenalidomide**, an immunomodulatory agent; **ibrutinib**, a Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor; and **rituximab**, a monoclonal anti-CD20 antibody.
