Lenalidomide + vorinostat is an investigational combination therapy primarily studied for the treatment of relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. Lenalidomide is an immunomodulatory agent and thalidomide derivative that works by altering cytokine production, regulating T cell co-stimulation, enhancing NK cell-mediated cytotoxicity, and promoting degradation of key B-cell transcription factors through cereblon binding.
