Drug intelligence / Profile preview
LENTI-JE-01 is a preclinical-stage, non-integrative lentiviral vector-based vaccine candidate being developed by Theravectys for the prevention of Japanese encephalitis. The vaccine utilizes Theravectys' proprietary lentiviral vector platform, which is designed to target dendritic cells in vivo and elicit robust, long-lasting humoral and cellular (T-cell) immune responses without integrating into the host cell genome. By expressing Japanese encephalitis virus (JEV) antigens, LENTI-JE-01 aims to provide protective immunity against JEV infection.
