Drug intelligence / Profile preview
LENTI-NEOAG-01 is a preclinical-stage, non-integrative lentiviral vector-based therapeutic cancer vaccine being developed by Theravectys. The vaccine is designed to target multiple tumor-specific neoantigens (multi-neoantigens) to elicit a robust and diverse T-cell-mediated immune response against cancer cells. By utilizing Theravectys's proprietary lentiviral vector platform, the vaccine aims to directly transfect dendritic cells in vivo, leading to endogenous expression of the encoded neoepitopes and the activation of both CD4+ and CD8+ T cells. This pan-tumor immunotherapy is intended to address tumor heterogeneity and prevent relapse in various cancer indications.
