Overview

LENTI-TB-01 is a preclinical-stage, non-integrative lentiviral vector-based therapeutic vaccine candidate being developed by Theravectys for the treatment of tuberculosis. The vaccine is designed to deliver specific Mycobacterium tuberculosis antigens directly to dendritic cells in vivo, leveraging Theravectys's proprietary lentiviral vector platform. This approach aims to stimulate a robust and long-lasting cellular immune response, particularly cytotoxic T-cell activity, to eliminate infected cells and prevent disease relapse or reactivation.
