Overview
LentiFlash is a proprietary **non-integrative lentiviral vector** RNA delivery platform developed by Flash Therapeutics for transient intracellular delivery of therapeutic RNA cargos. The technology uses **bacteriophage-lentiviral chimeras** to introduce RNA into target cells without genomic integration, enabling short-term protein expression and making it suitable for applications such as **gene editing**, **mRNA delivery**, **vaccination**, **immunotherapy**, and **regenerative medicine**. Rather than being a single fixed active substance, LentiFlash is a configurable delivery modality whose specific biological effect depends on the RNA payload; disclosed internal uses include programs in blood and liver diseases and an **APLN-VEGF-C mRNA** combination approach for **secondary lymphedema**.
