Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**Leronlimab + regorafenib** is an experimental combination therapy being studied in metastatic colorectal cancer. Leronlimab is a humanized monoclonal antibody that acts as a CCR5 antagonist, preventing the CCR5 receptor from facilitating tumor invasion, metastasis, and immune system evasion. Regorafenib is an oral small molecule multikinase inhibitor targeting kinases involved in tumor angiogenesis, oncogenesis, and the tumor microenvironment. The combination is designed to target both immune evasion (through CCR5 blockade) and tumor growth/angiogenesis (via kinase inhibition), and entered phase 2 clinical trials for patients with microsatellite stable, CCR5-positive metastatic colorectal cancer[1][3].
