LET001

LET001 is a preclinical-stage therapeutic candidate being developed by Harbour BioMed (HBMK) for the treatment of obesity. It utilizes the Lysosome-Targeting Chimera (LYTAC) modality, a form of targeted protein degradation (TPD) designed to induce the degradation of extracellular or membrane-bound proteins.
