Letrozole + maveropepimut-S is an investigational combination therapy consisting of letrozole, a nonsteroidal aromatase inhibitor that reduces estrogen production and is widely used in hormone receptor-positive breast cancer, and maveropepimut-S (MVP-S), a therapeutic cancer vaccine designed to stimulate the immune system against survivin-expressing tumor cells.
