Overview

A combination therapy consisting of letrozole (an aromatase inhibitor), triptorelin (a gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist), and zoledronic acid (a bisphosphonate). This regimen is used primarily for the treatment of hormone receptor-positive early breast cancer in premenopausal women. Triptorelin suppresses ovarian function, letrozole further reduces estradiol levels by inhibiting aromatase, and zoledronic acid modifies the bone microenvironment to potentially eliminate dormant cancer cells and reduce the risk of metastases.
