levofloxacin + ciprofloxacin + ofloxacin

This is a combination of three fluoroquinolone antibiotics—levofloxacin, ciprofloxacin, and ofloxacin. Each agent acts by inhibiting bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, enzymes essential for bacterial DNA replication, transcription, repair, and recombination. These drugs are broad-spectrum antibacterials effective against a variety of Gram-negative and some Gram-positive bacteria. They are primarily used to treat infections such as urinary tract infections (UTIs), respiratory tract infections (including pneumonia and bronchitis), skin infections, and certain types of gastrointestinal or systemic bacterial diseases. While each drug is effective individually, there is no established clinical use or evidence supporting the combined use of all three in a single regimen; combination therapy with multiple fluoroquinolones does not provide additive benefit and may increase the risk for adverse effects or resistance.
