**Levosartan Plus** is an oral fixed-dose triple antihypertensive combination developed by Ahn-Gook Pharmaceuticals under the development code **AG-1705** and initially studied as **AGSAVI**. It combines S-amlodipine, a dihydropyridine calcium-channel blocker; valsartan, an angiotensin II type 1 receptor blocker; and indapamide, a thiazide-like diuretic. The product was developed for essential hypertension inadequately controlled with the S-amlodipine/valsartan doublet, completed Phase III development, received South Korean regulatory approval, and was launched in 2026.
