Drug intelligence / Profile preview
LHNVD-601 is a half-life-extended neutralizing monoclonal antibody under development by Longhorn Vaccines and Diagnostics. It is designed to target highly conserved epitopes of the influenza virus hemagglutinin (HA) protein. By binding to HA, LHNVD-601 is expected to provide passive immunization and neutralize the virus, preventing viral entry and infection. The antibody is engineered with a half-life extension to provide prolonged protection and is currently in IND-enabling studies for the prevention and treatment of influenza.
