Drug intelligence / Profile preview
LIB125 is a preclinical-stage monoclonal antibody developed by LiberaBio that specifically targets the KRAS G12V mutation. A significant challenge in targeting KRAS with biologics is its intracellular location; LIB125 addresses this by utilizing LiberaBio's proprietary Multifunctional Polymeric Nanoparticles (MPN Technology®). This delivery system enables the monoclonal antibody to cross the cell membrane and reach its target within the cytosol. By binding to the KRAS G12V mutant protein, LIB125 aims to inhibit the downstream signaling pathways that drive tumor growth and progression. The program is currently in the lead generation and proof-of-concept phase.
