Overview
Libicare Meno is a patented, hormone-free, and isoflavone-free nutraceutical developed by Procare Health for the comprehensive management of menopause-related symptoms. The formulation is presented in a dual day/night capsule format to address specific needs throughout the circadian cycle. The daytime capsule contains botanical extracts such as *Trigonella foenum-graecum* (fenugreek), *Tribulus terrestris*, *Turnera diffusa* (damiana), and *Ginkgo biloba* to support vitality and sexual desire. The nighttime capsule includes *Cimicifuga racemosa* (black cohosh), *Humulus lupulus* (hops extract, specifically the patented LUPRENOL®), melatonin, and vitamins to address hot flashes, anxiety, and sleep quality. Clinical evidence suggests significant reductions in hot flashes and improvements in sexual arousal among users. It is primarily marketed in Spain and other European regions for women experiencing menopausal transitions.
