The combination of lidocaine, bupivacaine, and triamcinolone is used primarily for musculoskeletal injections and pain management. The largest aggregate size observed was 352 μm in water-only preparation and 70 μm in 1% lidocaine preparation[5]. 4. **Tissue Toxicity**: Studies have shown that local anesthetics and triamcinolone acetonide can have toxic effects on both chondrocytes and tenocytes, particularly at low dilutions[6]. The combination should not be administered intravenously as triamcinolone acetonide is a suspension[1]. Care must be taken during injection procedures due to potential risks of confusion, convulsions, respiratory depression, and cardiovascular stimulation[1].
