Overview

A combination therapy consisting of lidocaine (typically as a 5% patch) and pregabalin (oral medication). This combination targets neuropathic pain through complementary mechanisms - lidocaine acts as a local anesthetic that numbs nerves topically, while pregabalin works in the central nervous system to decrease pain signals from damaged nerves. The combination is particularly effective for patients with neuropathic pain conditions who have not achieved adequate relief with monotherapy.
