Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**Linex** is an oral probiotic medicinal product containing live lyophilized *Bifidobacterium infantis*, *Enterococcus faecium*, and *Lactobacillus acidophilus*. It is intended to support restoration and maintenance of intestinal microbial balance and is used as preventive or supportive therapy for diarrhea, flatulence, and other digestive disturbances associated with disruption of the intestinal microbiota, including after gastrointestinal infections or antimicrobial treatment. The viable bacteria acidify the intestinal environment through carbohydrate fermentation and may inhibit overgrowth of pathogenic organisms while supporting normal gut microbial function.
