Overview

Ling-gui-zhu-lian is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) decoction composed of several herbal ingredients, including Codonopsis pilosula, Astragalus mongholicus, Wolfiporia extensa, Atractylodes macrocephala, Ramulus Cinnamomi, Coptis chinensis, and Exocarpium Benincasae. It is being investigated for its clinical efficacy, particularly in combination with Metformin, for the treatment of obese patients with insulin resistance.
