Overview

Lingshu Granules (灵术颗粒) is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) formulation used primarily for the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Clinical studies indicate that it can improve endocrine function, reduce body mass index and waist-hip ratio in obese patients, lower insulin levels, improve insulin resistance, and correct lipid metabolism disorders in PCOS patients. The formula is typically administered once daily for 90 days starting within three days after menstruation or withdrawal bleeding. It is considered effective for both kidney deficiency with phlegm-dampness type and kidney deficiency with blood stasis type PCOS. The granule form enhances patient compliance compared to traditional decoctions[1][2].
