Lingzhi Fuzheng Granules is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) botanical product primarily composed of *Ganoderma lucidum* (Lingzhi) extracts. It is developed as a maintenance therapy for patients with advanced (Stage III-IV) non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who have completed at least four cycles of chemotherapy. The drug is designed to strengthen the body's immune resistance (a concept known as "Fuzheng" in TCM) to reduce the risk of tumor recurrence and metastasis. It has been evaluated in Phase II clinical trials in China, sponsored by Shenyang Wanjia Biotechnology and Beijing Jiujiu Fangyuan, focusing on its potential to improve clinical outcomes and quality of life in advanced cancer patients.
