Linvoseltamab + isatuximab is an investigational combination therapy for multiple myeloma, studied primarily in relapsed/refractory patients. **Linvoseltamab** is a bispecific monoclonal antibody that binds both B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) on myeloma cells and CD3 on T-cells, redirecting cytotoxic T cells to target and kill BCMA-expressing tumor cells. **Isatuximab** is an anti-CD38 IgG1 monoclonal antibody that directly binds the CD38 receptor on myeloma cells, inducing cell death through immune effector mechanisms such as antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC), antibody-dependent phagocytosis (ADCP), complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC), and direct induction of apoptosis, as well as modulation of enzymatic activity of CD38 and restoration of antitumor immune responses.
