Overview

Linvoseltamab + isatuximab is an investigational combination therapy for multiple myeloma, studied primarily in relapsed/refractory patients. **Linvoseltamab** is a bispecific monoclonal antibody that binds both B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) on myeloma cells and CD3 on T-cells, redirecting cytotoxic T cells to target and kill BCMA-expressing tumor cells. **Isatuximab** is an anti-CD38 IgG1 monoclonal antibody that directly binds the CD38 receptor on myeloma cells, inducing cell death through immune effector mechanisms such as antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC), antibody-dependent phagocytosis (ADCP), complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC), and direct induction of apoptosis, as well as modulation of enzymatic activity of CD38 and restoration of antitumor immune responses. The combination is under clinical evaluation to determine safety, dosing, and anti-myeloma activity.[5][7][4][2]
