Overview

Linvoseltamab + cemiplimab is an investigational combination therapy of two monoclonal antibodies—linvoseltamab, a bispecific antibody targeting both B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) on myeloma cells and CD3 on T cells, and cemiplimab, a fully human antibody that inhibits programmed death-1 (PD-1) on T cells. **Linvoseltamab** acts as a T-cell engager, mediating targeted lysis of BCMA-expressing plasma cells through immune synapse formation, while **cemiplimab** blocks PD-1 signaling to potentiate T cell-mediated antitumor responses. This combination is being studied for the treatment of multiple myeloma, with the aim of enhancing antitumor immune activity by both redirecting T cells to myeloma cells and relieving immune checkpoint inhibition[1][2][5][7]. Both drugs are developed by Regeneron.
