linvoseltamab + dupilumab

**Linvoseltamab + dupilumab** is a combination of two monoclonal antibodies studied for the treatment of severe IgE-mediated food allergy. **Linvoseltamab** targets B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) to modulate abnormal B-cell activity, while **dupilumab** blocks interleukin-4 receptor alpha, suppressing signaling of IL-4 and IL-13, key cytokines responsible for type 2 inflammation. This dual approach seeks to diminish both the hypersensitivity immune reaction (through modulation of plasma cells and B-cell function) and the downstream inflammatory processes typical of allergic conditions. Both drugs are developed by Regeneron Pharmaceuticals.
