Drug intelligence / Profile preview
LioCyx-H is a preclinical-stage T cell receptor engineered T cell (TCR-T) therapy being developed by Lion TCR for the treatment of HIV infection. The therapy utilizes the company's proprietary TCR-T platform to engineer a patient's T cells to express specific T cell receptors that recognize HIV antigens presented on the surface of infected cells. By targeting these antigen-expressing cells, LioCyx-H aims to facilitate the immune-mediated clearance of the HIV reservoir, offering a potential functional cure or long-term viral control strategy. The program is currently in the preclinical phase of development.
