LIPG siRNA is an experimental small interfering RNA designed to silence the expression of the *LIPG* gene, which encodes endothelial lipase. In preclinical studies of uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), LIPG has been identified as a critical hub gene that promotes tumor cell proliferation and migration while modulating the immune microenvironment. By utilizing the RNA interference (RNAi) pathway, LIPG siRNA targets and degrades LIPG mRNA, thereby reducing the protein's expression and inhibiting its pro-oncogenic effects. This agent is currently used as a research tool to investigate lipid metabolism's role in cancer progression and as a potential therapeutic strategy.
