Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Lipin-Biolik is a liposomal formulation of lecithin (phosphatidylcholine) developed and manufactured by Farmstandart-Biolik. It is an original membrane-protective, antihypoxic, and antioxidant agent approved in Ukraine. Lipin-Biolik is used as part of complex therapy for a wide range of conditions, including acute and chronic respiratory failure (including respiratory distress syndrome in newborns), acute myocardial infarction, unstable angina, acute and chronic active hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, ulcerative colitis, late gestosis, intra-abdominal fetal hypoxia, placental dysfunction, and various nephropathies (such as pyelonephritis, glomerulonephritis, and diabetic nephropathy). The drug acts by restoring the structural integrity of cell membranes, improving microcirculation, enhancing oxygen diffusion across biological membranes, and supporting the body's antioxidant systems.
