The combination of liposomal doxorubicin, apatinib, and camrelizumab is an investigational chemo-immunotherapy regimen being evaluated for the treatment of advanced or unresectable dedifferentiated liposarcoma (DDLPS). Liposomal doxorubicin is a nanoparticle-encapsulated anthracycline that inhibits DNA synthesis and topoisomerase II. Apatinib is a small-molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitor that selectively targets VEGFR-2 to inhibit tumor angiogenesis. Camrelizumab is a humanized monoclonal antibody that blocks the PD-1 receptor, enhancing the immune system's ability to detect and destroy tumor cells. This triplet therapy, sponsored by Fudan University in clinical trials, aims to overcome the limited efficacy of standard monotherapies in DDLPS by combining cytotoxic, anti-angiogenic, and immunomodulatory mechanisms.
