Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Lipovax-Fg15-Cancer is a preclinical-stage liposome-based vaccine candidate developed by Lipotek for the treatment of cancer. It is built upon the proprietary Lipovax platform, which utilizes a liposomal delivery system designed to encapsulate and present cancer-specific antigens to the immune system. The vaccine's mechanism of action involves targeting antigen-presenting cells to induce a robust and systemic anti-tumor immune response. As of 2016, the program was listed as an in-house development project within Lipotek's research and development pipeline.
