Overview

Lipovax-FliC-TB (also known as Lipovax-Fg115-TB) is a preclinical-stage liposomal vaccine candidate developed by Lipotek in collaboration with PT Bio Farma for the prevention of tuberculosis. The vaccine utilizes Lipotek's proprietary Lipovax platform, which incorporates tuberculosis-specific antigens and the FliC (flagellin) protein into a liposomal delivery system. FliC serves as a potent adjuvant by activating Toll-like receptor 5 (TLR5), thereby stimulating a robust innate and adaptive immune response against *Mycobacterium tuberculosis*. The program has achieved proof-of-concept in preclinical studies and is being advanced toward clinical evaluation.
