Lipovax-MM is a liposome-based therapeutic vaccine developed by Lipotek, in partnership with Synamtix Ltd, for the treatment of multiple myeloma. It utilizes the proprietary Lipovax platform, which employs liposomes to deliver tumor-associated antigens to the immune system. The goal of the therapy is to stimulate a targeted anti-tumor immune response by enhancing antigen presentation to T-cells. As of 2016, the program was reported to be in Phase 1 clinical trials.
