Overview

**LipoViTo** is a preclinical liposomal fixed-ratio combination of vincristine and topotecan developed by LipoCure for oncology. The two cytotoxic agents are co-remotely loaded into the same nano-liposome using a transmembrane ammonium sulfate gradient, intended to maintain a predefined drug ratio during circulation and tumor delivery. Sponsor-reported studies showed in vitro synergy and superior activity versus free drugs or single-agent liposomes in mouse medulloblastoma and colon cancer models.
