Lipustobart (LZM009) is a human IgG4 monoclonal antibody that binds to PD-1 molecules on the surface of T-cells, blocks the PD-1/PD-Ligand 1 (PD-L1) pathway, and reactivates T cells to kill cancer cells. It was developed by Livzon Pharmaceutical Group through its subsidiary Livzon Mabpharm. The drug has completed clinical dose exploration trials in both China and the United States and has undergone extensive clinical trials, including pivotal trials in thymic cancer in China, with promising initial safety and efficacy data.
