Liqi Huoxue Dropping Pills is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) formulation developed and marketed by Guizhou Yi Bai Pharmaceutical. It was approved by the China Food and Drug Administration (NMPA) in 2012 (approval number Z20120037) for the treatment of cardiovascular conditions, specifically coronary heart disease and stable angina pectoris. The formulation is a complex mixture of four herbal active ingredients: *Litsea cubeba*, *Artemisia annua*, *Ligusticum chuanxiong*, and *Allium macrostemon*. In the context of TCM, the drug is designed to regulate qi, resolve phlegm, and promote blood circulation to alleviate chest pain and improve cardiac function. It is administered orally as dropping pills, which are designed for rapid disintegration and absorption.
