Little Dry Coughs is an over-the-counter pediatric herbal oral liquid medicine developed by Care Pharmaceuticals under the Little Range brand. Formulated as a honey-flavored syrup, its active ingredient is Iceland Moss (*Cetraria islandica*) extract. The medicine is traditionally used in European herbal medicine to provide soothing relief for dry, unproductive coughs, dry throats, and mild bronchial coughs. It works mechanically by forming a protective, moisturizing mucilage layer over the irritated mucosa of the mouth and throat, which soothes the mucous membranes and mitigates the urge to cough. It is non-drowsy, contains no added lactose, sugar, or artificial colors, and is suitable for children aged 2 years and older.
