Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Liuling Jiedu Pill (六灵解毒丸) is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) formulated as black micro-pills. It is developed and manufactured by Changshu Leiyunshang Pharmaceutical (a subsidiary of Lei Yun Shang Pharmaceutical Group). The formulation is derived from the classic warm disease theories of the Wu School of Chinese Medicine (吴门医派温病学). Its primary active ingredients include artificial calculus bovis (artificial cow bezoar), pearl, and Acorus tatarinowii, among other herbs. Liuling Jiedu Pill is clinically indicated for clearing heat, detoxifying, reducing swelling, and relieving pain. It is commonly used to treat acute pharyngitis, sore throat, tonsillitis (single or double tonsillar abscesses), scarlet fever, and various skin infections such as boils, carbuncles, and furuncles.
