Overview
Liv18 is a botanical nutraceutical dietary supplement developed by Cosmos Health as part of its '18 Series' platform. It is formulated with BergacynFF, a patented synergistic blend of Italian bergamot (Citrus bergamia) extract and wild Italian artichoke thistle leaf (Cynara cardunculus sylvestris) extract. Liv18 is designed to support liver health and address liver fat accumulation, specifically targeting Metabolic Dysfunction-Associated Steatotic Liver Disease (MASLD), formerly known as non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Its efficacy is supported by two independent randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trials demonstrating significant reductions in liver fat and body weight. The product is manufactured in the United States at GMP-certified, FDA-registered, and UL-audited facilities and was launched in the U.S. market in Q2 2026.
