Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**LLE-aCD135** is an experimental linker-label epitope tagged anti-CD135 antibody adapter molecule developed for use with the Adapter CAR T-cell platform. The antibody component binds CD135, also known as Fms-related receptor tyrosine kinase 3, on acute myeloid leukemia cells, while its biotin-containing linker-label epitope is recognized by AdCAR T cells. This bridges AdCAR T cells to CD135-positive target cells and enables controlled T-cell activation and cytotoxicity. It has been evaluated in preclinical acute myeloid leukemia models, including mouse patient-derived xenograft studies, rather than as a standalone clinical medicine.
