Overview

**LLH135** is an orally administered, three-strain probiotic microbial mixture comprising *Limosilactobacillus fermentum* LH01, *Limosilactobacillus reuteri* LH03, and *Lactiplantibacillus plantarum* LH05, originally isolated from human milk. It has been evaluated preclinically in 6-hydroxydopamine-induced murine hemiparkinsonism models, where four weeks of administration improved motor-function measures, reduced oxidative-stress markers and glial activation, and mitigated blood-brain and gut-barrier permeability changes. The proposed therapeutic activity is modulation of the microbiota-gut-brain axis with downstream antioxidant, anti-neuroinflammatory, and neuroprotective effects; it has not been established as a human clinical treatment for Parkinson's disease.
